1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Edouard Baillot, a sole trader registered in France (SIRET 91071022700026), based at 14 avenue Jean Jaurès, 91120 Palaiseau, France.

2. What we collect

Account: name (optional), email and an encrypted password — or your basic Google profile data if you sign in with Google (name, email, photo).

Usage: exercise answers and mock exam results, linked to your account to track progress.

Waitlist: email and language, if you sign up for updates.

Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only receive payment confirmation and the purchased plan.

3. How we use it

To provide the service (account, progress, paid access), send notices about official test updates (if requested) and improve the platform with aggregated right/wrong statistics.

We do not sell your data. No targeted advertising. No tracking cookies — only the technical session cookie.

4. Where data lives

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (France). Processors: OVH (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Google (if you choose Google sign-in).

We use a self-hosted analytics tool (Umami), cookieless and never shared with third parties, which records your IP address in a non-identifying way to count visits.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise any right — including deleting your account and all data — write to ola@testenacionalidade.com from your account email. We reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese DPA, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as the account exists. Waitlist emails are deleted on request or when the list is retired. Payment records are kept for the legally required period.
